Since 1999 on, the Journal of Limnology
is the new edition of the Memorie dell'Istituto Italiano di Idrobiologia.
Each year volume includes two issues accepting contributions of
peer-reviewed original papers. Supplementary issues (Monographs,
Proceedings, etc.) are occasionally published. The paper edition is flanked by
the web edition, with the full text available on-line (as pdf).
